I did at the time. Now I don't know what happened, how we got to that point. I saw someone talking about the physical signs of a crush, and I had those, but now it's ... there, but much fainter.

Well, I guess, if you were feeling one way, had something to eat, and then suddenly for no apparent reason felt another way. Like the suddenly in love thing.

If you were just relaxed and enjoying the day and then suddenly you want to kiss someone, that's a little strange right? Unless you were attracted to them beforehand?

Well, there was a lot more to it before that happened... And I guess the feelings are kind of similar to how I felt about Naminé, this girl I knew back at the castle. It's not exactly the same, because my past with her is... hard.

[Although that actually applies now too. Huh.]

So... maybe it's just all one-sided. Again.

Well, it's okay to have a one-sided love, Arden. Even if it's not reciprocated, at least you got to feel it, right?

I don't think I like it this way. I didn't before either. It's annoying - now I have to act like I don't want to know what that kiss would have felt like.

Maybe they would want to kiss you too, and are just as shy.

I did ask afterwards, but it sounded like it wasn't a shyness thing. It was me thinking we were trying to be more than friends and we're not. I just got confused by going on something getting called a 'date' when the last time that happened it was those blind dates. So I just thought... but I thought wrong.

You know, I know someone who is an expert on love, if you really need someone to talk with. But no worries, and certainly no rush, Arden-kun.

Unfortunately, Arden-kun, I can't really say one way or another because I don't know their side of the story. But you can't assume things, one way or the other. That's very dangerous and hurt you both in the end. I know that very well, honestly.
