[He stares blanking into the screen for a moment, then looks like he's addressing someone off-screen.]

There. It works just fine. I can turn it off now.

Yeah, well, Lea and I tend to be on the same wavelength a lot of the time, much to his chagrin. Besides, I'm not just gonna call you Replica--that's plain rude. So for now I dub thee Rikustomus Argentus Akamu the Seconde of Grass-Skirtsyville.

[And then he glances at Ven, shaking his head.] Man, I thought I had issues picking up strays--you take the cake, kiddo.

[Don't mind him, trying to control his laughter while watching Rep seethe. Too bad he left the popcorn in the kitchen.] And this is why I was trying to help you come up with a name for yourself, Caden.

[He chuckles a bit, at least using the name Rep seemed to have liked.]

Well, being a stray myself once? [Ven shrugs.] Guess it rubbed off.

[The name does bring a smirk to Rep's face, which he can't seem to wipe off even as frustrated as he was with Axel only moments ago.]

And you trust this guy, huh? [Kinda said to both.]

Caden? Caden... [He rolls the name around on his brain a moment, then grins.] Cadmus Rikustomus, then. Or maybe Cadenza... Caduceus! [LOLOLOL] Oh, you're just feeding the fire; I could do this all day.

[He glances at Ven, then at Rep, then folds his arms.] Hey, maybe I don't have an honest face, but I'm certainly the lesser of evils around here these days, I'll guarantee you that. [The hands go up in a placating gesture.] All sarcasm aside, Riku-Tikki Tavi, I never had any beef with you. In fact, some of my best friends are replicas. [Well. One of, anwyay.] What happened at the castle was strictly business, and for the time being, my duties to the Organization are... largely ceremonial, you could say, and we'll leave it at that.

Ven's a good kid, though; little too good, if you ask me, so... If he's got your back, I'd say you're doing better than a lot of people.

[Oh, man... What did he just cause. But what Axel says in response to that... he's now a bit curious about that. So they knew each other before, that was obvious, but what happened? Now he wanted to know.]

Well, I may not know him as well as Lea, but... [He looks between the two, crossing his arms behind his head.] He still helped me out the last time I was here, even when I messed up royally. Sure, he's a bit of a trickster- [He grins, thinking back to that sparring match.] -but I know he has my back if something were to happen, and I have his.

--And heeeey, it's not my fault someone else sucked up the evil! [He makes a pout face.]

[Axel gets more side-eyeing as he continues his tirade of nicknames, but then he gets a small shock at the mention of another replica - which is enough of a pause for Ven to put his two cents in. Rep's now convinced that Ven couldn't lie if his life depended on it, but Axel he's still deciding on.]

I don't remember any other replicas. Guess I wouldn't though... would I?

[He wags a finger at Ven.] Don't you pout at me--you've been taking lessons from Roxas, haven't you, you sneak. [MY ONE WEAKNESS WRY.

And he sees you side-eyeing him there, Rep. Come on, he wouldn't bother harassing you if he didn't think you were worth the effort. He's not giving up this ghost just yet, though; Xion's situation isn't his to spread around, so you're not getting any names out of him.]

I'm pretty sure your existences overlapped, but your locations were mutually exclusive, so I doubt you ever crossed paths. [Not that not remembering her means anything, in the long run, apparently.

He waves one hand dismissively then.]

Anyway. This was an attempted olive branch and nothing more. I'd inquire as to the state of hard feelings but... [Courtesy laugh with one hand over his chest.]

What lessons...? [I POUT BECAUSE I CAAAAAAN.

Though he does stop himself at that. Another replica...? Oh, right; Xion. She mentioned something about that her first time here, right? It was all a bit confusing to him still.

He backs up a bit, keeping an eye on Rep for a reaction.]

[He's able to pass that off as an Axel-ism then, instead of useful information relevant to his daily existence. And he has no idea who Roxas is, so no reason to care.]

I'll think about that olive branch. [He looks up at Ven just long enough to imply he's about to cut the feed.]

[He chortles at Ven.] N-never mind.

[And then his eyes flick to Repl-- er... Caden, and he gives him a faint grin.] Well, I guess that's a start. [A two-fingered salute and he reaches out toward the SFC to cut the feed.] You kids behave now. And Ven, I expect that rematch as soon as you're free. [And cut. Beat you to it, Esquire!]
